M R Rajaram

Mr M R Rajaram joined the Board as a Non Executive Director from 9 April 2007. Mr Rajaram recently retired from the services of the Company after a long association of over 30 years. He had held several key positions including that of the Chief Financial Officer and Wholetime Director of the Company. He was, inter alia, responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions and played a major role in the reshaping of the business portfolio of the Company. Mr Rajaram was born in March 1946. He is a graduate in Commerce and a Chartered Accountant. His hobbies include classical music and sports.
