- Uses: For tyre tread and other compounds containing
reinforcing furnace blacks.
- Composition: Benzthiazyl 2-sulphenemorpholide
- Accicure DCS
- Uses: For camelback (retread) compounds intended
for long-term storage at ambient temperature. Possesses greater scorch safety than
Accicure BSM.
- Composition: Dicyclohexyl benzthiazyl sulphenamide
- Accicure HBS
- Uses: For tyre treads and compounds containing
reinforcing furnace blacks. Possessing safety lower than Accicure BSM. Also available in
crystalline powder form.
- Composition: Cyclohexyl benzthiazyl sulphenamide
- Accicure MBT
- Uses: For tubes, wire insulation, footwear, clothing,
and rubber products in general. For moulded articles,Accicure MBT, boosted with thiuram or
dithiocarbamate, is a very popular system.
- Composition: 2-Mercaptobenzthiazole
- Accicure MBTS
- Uses: For tyres, tubes, cables,footwear, rubberised
fabrics, and moulded rubber products.
- Composition: Dibenzthiazyl disulphide
- Accicure TMT
- Uses: In dipped goods, proofed fabrics, and all kinds of
mechanical goods. Accicure TMT, in combination with other acclerators, yields relatively
faster curing compounds based
on SBR, Nitrile, Neoprene, and Butyl rubbers.
